Thomas is the working Chairman of the board, a partner, and one of Aeger Group AS founders in 2012. He has worked in the public and private sectors and has founded several companies in various industries. Thomas is a police graduate with a background working as a police officer and has experience in the Armed Forces. For the past decade, he has worked as a top executive in IT consulting and Defence industries. Thomas enjoys working with good people who go in the same direction and who want to share their experiences with others. In Aeger, Thomas is a supporter of the administration and a contributor to thinking holistically in everyday life that is constantly changing. Complex issues that can be simplified and concretised are something Thomas finds stimulating.
